➢ 柔性的防水涂料，是通过化学反应成膜，从而隔绝水分和建筑物。柔性防水具有弹性，具备较好的抗裂性能。，一般用于新旧房的装修。

➢ 刚性的防水材料是通过提高混凝土基层的密实度、减少空隙率，从而提高基层的抗渗透性能。而刚性防水材料的适应变形能力稍差，但是其硬度和强度比较好，所以一般多用于防潮。

The rigid waterproof material has a slightly worse adaptability to deformation, but its hardness and strength are better, so it is usually used for moisture proof.

耐候性是指防水材料因受到阳光照射，温度变化，风吹雨淋等外界条件的影响，而出现的褪色，变色，龟裂，粉化和强度下降等一系列老化的现象。
Weatherability refers to a series of aging phenomena of waterproof materials, such as fading, discoloration, cracking, powdering and strength decline, which are affected by external conditions such as sunshine, temperature change, wind, rain and so on.

防水材料粘结力强，涂料中的活性成份可渗入水泥基面中的毛细孔、微裂纹并产生化学反应，与底材融为一体而形成一层结晶致密的防水层。若是具有粘结力，有利于后期进行墙面贴砖。
Waterproof material has strong bonding force. The active ingredients in the coating can penetrate into the capillary and microcracks in the cement base surface and produce chemical reaction. It is integrated with the base material to form a crystalline and dense waterproof layer. If it has cohesive force, it is conducive to later wall tiling.
