新型聚合物水泥基防水材料市场上有两种：通用型GS防水材料、柔韧性JS防水材料。

通用型防水材料特点：
Universal waterproof material features:
1:由丙烯酸乳液和助剂组成的液料与由特种水泥、级配砂及特殊矿物质粉末组成的粉料按特定比例组合而成双组份防水材料。

两种材料混合后发生化学反应，既形成表面涂层防水，又能渗透到底材内部形成结晶体阻遏水的通过，达到双重防水效果。产品突出粘结性能，适用于家庭室内地面、墙面的防水。
The chemical reaction of the two materials after mixing not only forms the surface coating waterproof, but also penetrates into the interior of the substrate to form crystals to prevent the passage of water, so as to achieve double waterproof effect. 柔韧型防水材料特点：
Flexible waterproof material features:
1:由丙烯酸乳液及精选助剂（液料）和优质水泥、配砂及胶粉（粉料）按比例组成的双组份、强韧塑胶改性聚合物水泥基防水浆料。将粉料和液料混合后涂刷，形成一层坚韧的高弹性防水膜，该膜对混凝土和水泥砂浆有良好的粘附性，与基面结合牢固，从而达到防水效果。产品突出柔韧性能，能够抵御轻微的震动及一定程度的位移，是建设部推广的新型绿色环保产品，主要适应于土建工程施工环境。

The powder and liquid materials are mixed and brushed to form a tough and high elastic waterproof film. The product has outstanding flexibility, can withstand slight vibration and a certain degree of displacement.
