本工程地下室底板，地下室外墙防水层两道。采用2㎜厚聚氨脂防水涂料，卷材采用三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材1.5㎜厚。

1. 地下防水工程的防水层，均应在地基及结构验收合格后施工。

施工顺序:基层处理 涂刷底层地变电阻柜 精密铸造 中频电炉设备 保定断桥铝门窗 保定养老院 镜子批发 启闭机涂料 涂布第一道涂膜防水层 涂布面涂膜防水层 质量检查验收合格 进行下道工序卷材施工。

施工前应检查，基层要坚实具有一定强度，表面无浮土砂粒等污染物。基层应干燥，含水率应少于9%为宜。

涂布顺序应先垂直面，后水平面，先阴阳角及细部后大面每层涂布方向应顺直。
